The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. During that call, we'll talk about what you're looking for and make sure we're a good fit. From there, we'll set up your first session at a time that works for you.

Everyone's journey is different. Some people find what they need in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll check in regularly on your progress and goals so therapy always feels like the right fit for where you are.

I require 24 hr notice of a cancellation which can be done by phone call, email, or text message. If a client does not cancel within 24 hr notice or does not show up to an appointment, a $75 fee is charged.

I primarly work with adults between the ages of 18 and 60.

Online therapy is conducted in a private space of my client's choosing. They need to be in a space with no other people and preferably a room with a door. Online therapy cannot be conducted while a client is driving but they can choose to do it in their car while parked if needed. Online therapy can be done over a computer, tablet, or phone. A link is emailed to the client the day before and they should be able to connect easily.

The first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you'd like to work on. There's no pressure to dive into anything you're not ready for.

Yes. I offer compassionate, non-diet, and trauma-informed support for eating disorders and disordered eating. This includes integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) to help you heal your relationship with food and your body.
